Kitchen Staff/Short Order Cook:
The grill cook’s primary task is preparing food on the grill. Grill cooks typically cook meat, but they may also be responsible for grilling other kinds of foods, like vegetables, depending on the our menu. The grill cook monitors the meat’s temperature to ensure it is cooked safely. You will be responsible for prepping and light cleaning to include dishes throughout the day. Stocking the beer and beverage coolers, making sure everything is stocked before you leave for the day for the next shift the next morning.
