This year’s Tournament of Champions was held over the weekend and it was definitely one to remember. The drama was incredible as both the TOC and 1st place in the FSC Cup Standings were in doubt until the very end. 1st place in the TOC was settled in a 4-person playoff (Denny Wendel, Denny Medlin, John Gagliano, Balbina Kang) on Riverview #1. Denny Wendel holed an incredible 20 foot putt for net eagle to capture the title. Congratulations Denny!
In the race for 1st place in the FSC Cup Standings, Sumner Tate edged Hilary Inman by a mere 10 points. Sumner birdied his final hole to finish solo 5th in the TOC which was just barely enough to take the title. A par would have created a tie with Hilary for the points title. The Top 5 in the Final Standings are as follows:
1st (710 Points) – Sumner Tate – 1 Year Platinum Membership
2nd (700 Points) – Hilary Inman – $500 Shop Credit
3rd (545 Points) – Andy Baker – Scotty Cameron Putter
4th (540 Points) – Denny Medlin – Johnnie O Shopping Experience
5th (525 Points) – Conor Ennis – 2024 Club Championship Pass
