Ryan Pittman returns to the Riverwood Rays as an Assistant Coach, bringing both experience and energy into his 3rd year in this role. With over a decade of experience as both a competitive swimmer and instructor, Ryan focuses on continuing to grow the team’s skills while fostering a positive, team-first environment.
This season, he looks forward to building on past coaching success by helping swimmers refine their technique, gain more confidence, and develop a deeper love for the sport, just as Ryan’s coaches did for him when he was emerging in the sport.
Drawing from his leadership experience as a former high school team captain and his many years teaching swim lessons with H&L Swim Academy, Ryan is committed to making this season both competitive and fun, ensuring every swimmer feels supported and motivated in and out of the water.
