Elijah Hammons joins the Riverwood Rays for the 2026 season as an Assistant Coach.
Elijah is a rising junior at Corinth Holders High School and has been swimming competitively since joining the Riverwood Rays in 2018. In 2021, Elijah decided he wanted to swim year round and joined the Marlins of Raleigh (MOR). Elijah is ranked amongst the top swimmers in NC and loves to swim any chance he gets.
Last summer, Elijah was a volunteer coach for the Riverwood Rays and he is very excited to be an Assistant Coach this summer. Elijah hopes to bring his knowledge and passion for swimming to the team and inspire others to delve deeper into the sport.
