You can perform over 50 exercises using resistance bands, and they are far more effective than you might think. The farther you pull a resistance band, the more it quite literally “resists” you. If you’re familiar with resistance bands, then you know that they come in different colors or degrees of difficulty. Using resistance bands you can train all fitness aspects including speed, endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and much more.

Give it a shot and you will be amazed at how strong you will get!

As resistance bands stretch, they create increased tension in your muscles and cause them to contract. The more you stretch the band, the more intense the resistance gets, and the harder the exercise becomes. Because you can choose the color, or level of difficulty, most exercises are adaptable to different fitness levels.

Using resistance bands, you can also complement your stretching routine after your workout by performing static and dynamic stretching. Remember that you should always stretch after working out to increase your flexibility, range of motion and improve your posture.
