At just 5 feet tall, Laura proudly embodies what Small, but Mighty means. “Small” may describe her stature, but “mighty” represents far more – strength, resilience, passion, and the courage to grow. Laura began her fitness journey in 2017 through yoga, discovering the powerful benefits for both mental and physical health. Over time, she started weight training, and eventually bodybuilding, turning movement into a lifelong lifestyle.

As a personal trainer, Laura believes fitness is not one-size-fits-all. She takes the time to truly get to know her clients and work alongside them to build a realistic, personalized plan that supports their goals. That plan may include strength training, habit-building, nutrition guidance, and active recovery through yoga and mobility work.

Laura is in her fifties and she is here to show you it is never too late to begin. She trains all ages and experience levels – from teens to seniors – with a strong emphasis on the importance of strength training as we age. Accountability and consistency are key. Laura believes in honest conversations, adjusting what isn’t working, and making every workout count. She isn’t here to offer quick fixes – she’s here to offer real solutions, one small, mighty step at a time.

Her certifications include: NASM Physique & Bodybuilding Coach and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, NAFC Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist, Inside Flow Yoga Certified from TINT Academy and Certified in Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Rocket Yoga from Carson Academy.
